★★★★★ I am heartbroken writing this review. I read tons of reviews on other sites that swore the shoe ran a 1/2 size too big so I listened. I shouldn't have. I'm almost always a 7.5 Medium and the 7 in this shoe was just too tight. I wore it on carpet and it did not feel that it would stretch. I have problem feet and need good arch support and I tried on a color in 7.5 Medium that I did not like and they were perfect. I wanted the black calf leather though but it was sold out by the time I received the 7 and tried it on. So next time I will just go with my gut instinct and order my size. This shoe is now sold out everywhere in my size so I'm very sad about that. The correct size was so comfortable and just what I was looking for. I wish Trotters would keep this shoe in stock forever.See more

★★★★★ I love this shoe! It arrived quickly from shoes.com. I wear it almost every single day, even with skirts and dresses. You can really spread your toes out and feel every bit of earth beneath you. Beware: if you like trail running/hiking, you may want a teensy tiny bit thicker sole (New Balance Minimus...) to protect your feet from sharp rocks. These are very, very thin, which is wonderful, until you tromp on something sharp. I also wish the toe box were a bit wider, considering it's a "barefoot" shoe. I'd buy them again.See more
